Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Botanical Hearth. Because our Herbal Scented Heating Pads are
handcrafted and made with fresh, premium botanicals, we take the time to ensure every
bag is perfect before it reaches your door.
1. Processing & Handcrafting Time
Each order is processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that "Business Days" do
not include weekends or holidays. This time allows us to carefully fill, stitch, and inspect
your botanical pad to ensure the highest quality.
2. Shipping Estimates
After your order is handcrafted and processed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days.
*Please note that total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Transparency Promise: If we experience a high volume of orders or items are
marked as "Sold Out," we may experience slight delays. In the event of a delay
exceeding our standard window, we will notify you immediately via email
with an updated delivery estimate.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing
your tracking number. The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours of
shipment.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages
Botanical Hearth is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) or
weather conditions. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is
significantly delayed or marked as "lost" by the carrier, please contact us at botanicalhearthbusiness@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating it or finding a solution.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect
packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect
address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
